Strategy idles when the plan and the people never quite connect, when the real conversation hasn’t happened yet. After years of leading inside complex systems and researching how leadership works, I’ve learned that a plan is only ever as strong as the conversations underneath it.

That’s where I start. I work with leadership teams to build the psychological safety to name what’s in the way, facilitate the discussions that resolve it, and shape a plan people follow through on. Built in the theory of collaborativism, I focus on engaging people in the solutions. When they build together in the room instead of receiving change in an email, the path forward lights up.

Engagements include leadership team facilitation, retreats and planning sessions, workshop series, employee coaching, and ongoing advisory work through Sherri North and Associates, LLC.
