I’m endlessly curious about people, systems, and society: what moves them, what holds them back, and what becomes possible when they’re led well. I believe leadership is a human practice before it’s a title, and that organizations change when their people feel safe enough to be honest.
I’m Sherri North.
These days you’ll find me deep in doctoral research on global leadership, building an NGO of my own, and speaking on stages from local spotlights to national conferences to international symposiums. The thread that ties it together: conversations. I support an invitation to collaborativism, and help build the psychological safety for teams to work together and act toward growth and change.
